Terms of Use

This CrosWeight User Agreement (referred to as the "Agreement," "Terms of Use," or "Terms of Service") specifies the rights and obligations between users ("CrosWeight Users") and CrosWeight Inc. ("CrosWeight"). These Terms of Service apply to users of the website and application (collectively, the platform, the Site, and such services, the "CrosWeight Services"). By checking the box presented with these Terms of Use, or by accessing or using any of the CrosWeight Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and granted your full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions established in this Agreement.

1. General Rules

By signing up to use the CrosWeight Services signifying your acceptance to these terms, by accessing or using any of the CrosWeight Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and have granted your full and unconditional acceptance of the general and specific terms and conditions established by the CrosWeight User Agreement.

CrosWeight has the right to modify this CrosWeight User Agreement and/or the CrosWeight User Agreement Rules and will give notice through a public announcement without informing you alone. Published changes take effect immediately following the date of their publication on CrosWeight Site(s).

2. Registration Process

You agree to provide true and valid contact information per the requirements for opening of an account set out in the CrosWeight registration page, including, but not limited to:

• Full legal name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Nationality
• Valid email address
• Cell phone number

You are responsible for maintaining the validity of the contact information you provided so that CrosWeight can contact you effectively. If there are any changes or the information you provided needs updating, you undertake to update your data immediately.

3. Legitimate Use

You acknowledge that the Data that is collected directly or indirectly by CrosWeight will be used for your registration; therefore, you agree to provide legitimate and accurate Data per the requirements that CrosWeight establishes and in accordance with CrosWeight's Privacy Policy.

4. Termination

In the event of the following circumstances, CrosWeight has the right to terminate the Agreement directly by way of cancellation of the account:

• You are suspected to be registered as a CrosWeight User directly or indirectly or in the name of another person;
• There are sufficient elements to presume that the registered User is not using your username and password;
• Your email address does not exist or cannot receive emails;
• The main content of the user information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, timeless or incomplete;
• CrosWeight suspects that you are intending to use or is using your account for any criminal or illegal activity.

5. Unauthorized Uses

Users are prohibited from using any CrosWeight Services for or in relation to certain activities ("Prohibited Uses") which contravene the CrosWeight User Agreement. Prohibited Uses include, but are not limited to:

• Using CrosWeight Services to perform illegal activities.
• Generating or sending fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Services.

6. Release of Liability

You consequently and irrevocably release CrosWeight (and our parent, officers, directors, agents, joint ventures, employees, and suppliers) from any type of civil, criminal, commercial, administrative, or any other kind of liability or demands, present or future, known or unknown, related to any of the risks described herein.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted under the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("HKSAR"). Any dispute, controversy, claim or action arising from or related to your use of the Site, or these Terms of Service likewise shall be governed by the Laws of the HKSAR, exclusive of choice-of-law principles.
